Without air pollution, the durians they produced are of exceptional quality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe flesh of the Mao Shan Wang is then rested in Tanglin Orchid Gin for 48hours before being filtered and bottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 class=\"p1\"\u003eWhy is the Durian Gin Cloudy?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eWe wanted to keep as much of the flavour of the Durian as possible without it being overpowering.
